The following activities are strictly prohibited on be365. Any account found engaging in such activities will be permanently closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using be365 for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to hack the be365 system or exploit any security vulnerability.
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive behaviour towards other players.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

Be365 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons.

• Breach of the Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to submit verification documents.
• Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• As directed by a court or regulatory authority.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting be365 customer support. Any verified balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Be365 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or internet connectivity problems on the platform. That said, be365 is committed to maintaining maximum uptime and uninterrupted service.

• Be365 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gaming. Please consider your financial limits before playing.
• Be365 is not directly liable for software errors caused by third-party game providers.
• Be365's total liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question under any circumstances.
